When reading the reviews, I suggest to keep in mind two things: 1)the resort is located in a national park, 2)the total capacity of the entire resort is 3000 people. The room was clean and we had daily cleaning, the mattress was very comfy, aircon worked flawlessly and wasn't noisy, we had wi-fi at all times in our room (a couple of times when I'm guessing more guests arrived and the nr of IP addresses was exhausted, we had some waiting time to get wifi until someone disconnects - having said that, we alone had 4 devices on us), although sometimes we would have no signal. The resort itself is beautiful and well kept, and large. There are several beaches (rocky and sandy), you can take kayaks and SUPs for free, there were enough loungers when we were there (the resort was not fully booked though). There is an excursion point where you can book tours (e.g. we booked a motorboat for a day to go along the coast, fantastic experience), and it's also possible to rent bikes and scooters. There is a daily tour around the national park (including the animals), and once per week there is an evening dedicated to Sardinian culture and cuisine. Tennis and other activities are available. I am sure there is plenty more available, just ask at the reception. Staff are absolutely amazing! Helpful, trying to resolve anything you ask for. To address some negative comments I've read online: -cleanliness of the resort - please be mindful that you are in a national park, not relaxing on a manicured lawn. Yes, there will be leaves here and there, hello, that is normal. I was more amazed with how tidy and clean it was, I can't imagine the work being put into it every day to keep it so neat. -ants everywhere. there are ants, but not in any bothersome numbers, and they are attracted by food. we left a pizza box on the floor one day, don't do that, this is how you get ants. they cleared up as soon as we threw the food away.

It was our honeymoon trip and that was the best place to be! Barbara helped us so much! And we really loved our room in Dunes area! Amazing views, amazing territory, beautiful beaches and we noticed that its very cool place for families and kids, because it feels safe there. Another thing that we loved that there were many activities like paddle/tennis, we made hiking (area is huge with lots of plants and blossoming flowers), we played with animals, went to spa and enjoyed our boat trip to the most stunning areas of the island. The stuff was very friendly. Thanks for our unforgettable stay!!!

The resort is fairy-tale like! The staff was truly lovely, friendly and always in a good mood. Once you arrive, you are picked up and escorted to your room. It is a large resort so it definitely means lots of walking. But, there is a bus which you can take to bring you to the points you want to go. However, we loved walking, especially in the park Bellavista. Due to the change of the staff which recently happened, the food quality improved. It was very delicious and both, breakfast and dinner, offered a variety of options for all tastes. I would definitely come back one more time.

We had the most amazing week in Arbatax Resort - The Dune, it was the first stop on our honeymoon and we loved every second of it. The service we got is the best I've had out of all hotels/resorts I've ever been to, they booked everything what we wanted to do for us, boat tours, renting a boat for a day, spa, massage etc. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use. Staff was super kind and helpful and we have mention Barbara in that sentence, she was definitely the person who made our stay extra awesome! Thank you so much!
